Hilton Publishing is thrilled to be the recipient of the "Excellence in Education Award" presented form the Imagine Schools in Indianapolis, IN. We were acknowledged for our efforts in saving them money that was able to be utilized in other areas of the school and for working tirelessly with their staff, the award reads:

"The Imagine-Indiana Life Sciences Academy family honors Hilton Publishing Company as educational partners in our pursuit of academic and achievement in literacy. Through your dedication and collaborative efforts we can Imagine The Possibilities."

Statistics show minorities are at increased risk for diabetes and other complications. African Americans are 1.6 times more likely to have diabetes than Non-Hispanic Whites, while Native Americans are 2.2 times more likely and Latinos, 1.5. All adults with diabetes are two to four times more likely to have a heart attack or stroke than their peers without diabetes, and have the same cardiovascular risk as if they have already had a heart attack. Obesity is a disease that affects nearly one-third of the adult American population (approximately 60 million). The number of overweight and obese Americans has continued to increase since 1960, a trend that is not slowing down. Today, 64.5 percent of adult Americans (about 127 million) are categorized as being overweight or obese. Each year, obesity causes at least 300,000 excess deaths in the U.S., and healthcare costs of American adults with obesity amount to approximately $100 billion. (source: AOA).
