Placing Orders

Internet Orders:
Search the site by Author, Title, or ISBN. Add the item to your cart. The number of items added to cart will appear in the site header. Click on the Cart and complete the four simple steps to check out.

Mail Orders:
To place orders using a tax exempt number, or purchase order, please submit your order on the form provided. Please provide the tax exempt certificate if not a current Hilton Publishing Company customer. Click here to download the form.

Pricing Policy

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  
• All orders will be billed for shipping, handling and state sales tax where applicable.
  

Payment Policy

Please be aware that for debit cards only, payment is authorized in two stages. After you place your order, the bank will hold the initial authorization for the merchandise subtotal and then again when taxes are added later. This may result in what appears to be a duplicate charge for 3-4 days. After this time, the initial authorization will be released and only the authorization for the full amount will be charged to your checking account.

• Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted for all orders.
  
• Credit cards will be billed once order is shipped or electronic access code is delivered.
  
• Checks made Payable to Hilton Publishing Company are accepted on mail orders only.
  

Returns Policy

You may return books and electronic products (excluding PDA software, online service products, and downloads) within 30 days from the invoice date for full credit. These items must be in saleable condition.
